From management of chronic health needs such as diabetes, thyroid conditions and high blood pressure to regular annual check-ups, we have your primary care needs covered. We provide convenient telemedicine appointments for the following conditions: Establishing primary care for new patients Medication management Follow-up visits Access to urgent care services Immunizations and lab testing Patient portal for appointments, records, and communication Telemedicine virtual visits for all Texas residents!
