We are a concierge, self-pay clinic. We offer competitive, transparent pricing without any add-ons or hidden fees. We accept all major credit and debit cards, ApplePay, and FSA and HSA accounts. We do not accept insurance, but we will provide a Super Bill upon request to submit for insurance deductible and reimbursement. Check with your insurance carrier for the specifics of your plan.
